Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe
This is a great dip recipe for a party!

 
1 8 1/2 oz. can artichokes packed in water
 
1 7 1/2 oz can chopped green chilies. 
Drain the liquid and finely chop the chilies
(if folks don't like it hot, cut amount in half. 
Sometimes I even skip it!)
 
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
 
1 cup mayonnaise
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients.  Spray Pam on baking dish.  Note: a quiche pans works well for this recipe.

Bake 30 minutes.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
 
Serve with an assortment of crackers or cut pita bread or cut tortillas, etc.
