Honey-Roasted Chex Mix

Ingredients
3 cups Honey Nut Chex Cereal
2 cups Regular or Honey Nut Cheerios Cereal
2 cups Bugles, {original flavor snacks, corn}
1 1/2 cups Pretzel Sticks
1 1/2 cups Honey Roasted Peanuts
3 tbsps. Light Corn Syrup
3 tbsps. Honey
2 tbsps. Butter or Margarine
1 tsp. pure Vanilla Extract

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix cereals, bugles, pretzels and peanuts; set aside.

Heat corn syrup, honey and butter in a 1 quart saucepan to boiling, over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.

Spread in ungreased 15 1/2-inch non-stick baking pan. Place in oven and bake 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.

When done baking, spread onto waxed paper and let cool completely. Break into bite-size pieces.

Store in airtight container.

Serve cool.

Makes about 9 cups.
