Focaccia Bread Sticks from Frozen Dough

Defrost frozen white bread dough.

Grease lightly a cookie sheet.
Roll 1 loaf to a thin flat piece (as if making caramel rolls).
(I usually make all 3 this way, and freeze the other 2 for later)

Drizzle with melted butter evenly.
Add poppy seeds, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, course salt (or other fine seeds in any combination you like).
I usually make the seeds fairly dense on the top of the dough.

Slice with a knife partially through to score for bread sticks.

Let raise to double the size.
Bake per directions on the loaf (about 20-25 minutes? 350 degrees)
