Easiest Ever Bars

Preheat ovento 350 degrees.
Use a 9 x 12 baking pan.

Melt 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter and pour into the bottom of the pan.

Crush graham crackers into crumbs (about 1 block) for about 1 1/2 cups and sprinkle crumbs evenly on the butter.

Pour 1 can (14 oz.) of SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK evenly over top of mixture. (Be sure it's sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk)

Sprinkle evenly 1 cup (6 oz.) of chocolate chips on top.
Sprinkle evenly 1 cup (6 oz.) of butterscotch chips on top (you can also substitute peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips)
Sprinkle evenly 1 1/3 cups of flaked coconut on top.
Sprinkle evenly 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are best)

Press lightly with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until coconut is a light golden brown. Cut into bars.

These keep great in the refrigerator for quite a while and also freeze well.
