Spinach Salad

Salad
Place in a large bowel:

2 packages of pre-washed baby spinach

1 cup fresh sliced strawberries

1 cup green grapes (can be optional)

1/2 cup raisins (optional)

1/2 cup slivered almonds
For added protein to this salad: Add 2 to
3 thinly sliced chicken breasts that have been cooked.
Pan sautéed the chicken breasts in olive oil until tender and chill them before
adding them to the salad.
Salad Dressing:
Shake together to a sealed jar and store in the
refrigerator until ready to use:
(Makes a generous amount, save extra for reuse.)
Pour dressing over the salad and toss just before
serving.
Serves 6 - 8. This is a delicious summer salad!
