Simply
Potatoes Au Gratin

Combine: 1 package Simply Potatoes (shredded hash browns) 1 can Cream of Celery soup 1 C sour cream 2 C shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 C chopped green onions
Spread in greased 8X8, 9X9 pan; cover tightly with aluminum foil
Bake: 325º @ 45 min.
Remove foil & top with: 1 C crushed corn flakes combined with 1/4 C melted butter or margarine
Continue to bake uncovered until hot and bubbly @
10 - 15 min. Can be combined and refrigerated before baking. Makes 9
generous servings.
If you double the recipe bake additional 10 - 15 min & additional time
after adding topping.
