Maple Mustard Glazed Chicken
3/4 c. maple flavored syrup
1/2 c. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbls chopped fresh chives
3 lbs. chicken (can use whole chicken cut-up, I prefer
breasts)
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
Mix syrup, mustard and chives in 1 quart saucepan.
Rub chicken with salt and pepper. Cover and grill
chicken 4-6 inches from medium heat 15 min. Turn chicken. Continue to cook
another 10-15 minutes, turn occasionally and brush with mustard mixture 2-3
times. Continue cooking chicken until done.
Heat remaining mustard sauce to boiling; boil 1
minute. Serve sauce with chicken.
