Mango
Pie

can mango pulp - (preferably the Kesar type from an
Indian store)
1 cup whipped cream
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
2-3 oz. cream cheese
graham cracker crust
Mix gelatin in 1 cup boiling
water. Blend
mango pulp,
cream cheese, whipped cream, sugar and dissolved gelatin.
Pour into the crust and chill for
a few hours in the refrigerator.
