Finger Jello Bars from Diana Kelly,
Rocklin, CA
This red, white and blue finger jello is a big hit for
the 4th of July.
Do red white and green for Christmas, etc.
First layer: Boil 1 cup water. Dissolve 8 serve package of red jello and one envelope
unflavored gelatin in the water. Add 2 cups cold water. Pour into 9 x 13 glass
pan. Put in refrigerator until set.
Middle white layer: boil 1 cup water. dissolve 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin in the hot
water. add one can sweetened condensed (eagle brand) milk and one cup cold
water. Let cool a bit then pour on top of the already set pan of jello.
Careful not to melt the first jello.
Third layer: repeat directions for first layer but with a different color/flavor jello
Keep chilled, cut and serve when ready to eat.
