Fennel, Avocado and Grapefruit Salad from Ann Gaydos,
Colorado
Ingredients:
1 fennel 2 grapefruit 2 avocadoes 1/2 cup mayonnaise salt and pepper.
Remove hairy part of fennel and slice bulb thinly. Peel avocadoes and cut into
small cubes.
Peel grapefruits and cut out individual segments.
Mix ingredients and stir in mayonnaise.
Season to taste. Serve chilled.
