Easy White Roll Out Sugar Cookies from

Note from Kari Kindem: This is a fool
proof recipe! It does not have to be chilled. The cookies are so
delicious and the dough is so soft you can play with it like play dough and
make cookies in those kinds of shapes (snakes, nests, worms, balls, etc.) in
stead of just using cutters Our kids love to help!
Cream
together:
1 cup
margarine (2 sticks) or butter
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp.
vanilla
3 egg yolks
Add 2 3/4
cups of flour to make dough.
Roll out on
floured cloth or board and cut in desired shapes.
Bake 400
degrees, 8-10 minutes.
This recipe freezes
well or stores in refrigerator when covered several weeks.
