Curried Pea and Pecan Salad
1 large
package of frozen petite peas, thawed and drained.
2 tablespoons
of curry powder (more if you like it spicy!)
1 cup of
plain yogurt - more to coat lightly if needed
1/2 cup
finely chopped pecans
Blend first
three ingredients.
Chill for
about 1 hour.
Stir in
pecans just before serving.
Garnish and
serve.
Yummy and
different!
